Introduction
Developing an impressive sample is only the first half of apparel manufacturing. The harder challenge is reproducing the same fabric hand feel, fit, color, construction and finishing across bulk production.

Step 1: Converting the Approved Sample into a Production Standard

Step 2: Locking the Fabric Before Cutting

Step 5: Checking Quality During Production, Not Only at the End
Final inspection is important, but it is too late to be the first serious quality check.
