A: Yes, we support CMT manufacturing for established wholesalers and larger brands. However, because we have direct, high-volume partnerships with premium fabric mills, most of our clients prefer our FPP service to take advantage of our bulk material purchasing power and save on logistical overhead.

A: Once you contact us, you will be assigned a dedicated technical account manager. You can submit your tech packs, grading spec sheets, or even a physical reference garment. A: On average, the complete timeline spans 35 to 45 days:

Phase 1: Sampling & Tech Pack Review: 7 to 10 days.

Phase 2: Pre-Production Sample Approval: 3 to 5 days (depending on client feedback).

Phase 3: Bulk Production & AQL Inspection: 25 to 35 days from PP sample sign-off.

Phase 4: Global Shipping: 5 to 8 days via air, or 18 to 35 days via sea depending on destination.

A: We understand that fast-selling streetwear collections require quick market response. For active growing brands with recurring accounts, we pre-source and reserve raw fabrics. This allows us to fast-track production and execute urgent restock runs in as little as 15 to 20 days to prevent out-of-stock bottlenecks during peak retail seasons.

A: Yes, up to a certain point. Minor pattern or grading modifications can be easily accommodated during the digital drafting and initial sampling stages. However, once the Pre-Production (PP) Sample is physically signed off and bulk fabric cutting begins, specifications are completely locked to ensure absolute uniformity and on-time delivery across the entire bulk run.

A: We maintain a rigorous AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection standard, making the defect rate extremely negligible. However, in the rare event of a manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect measurements, printing defects, or stitching failures), we take full responsibility. Our service agreement includes a 15-day post-delivery quality guarantee—we will credit, refund, or rapidly remake any affected units.

A: We have strict security and intellectual property protocols. All digital pattern files, custom tech packs, and brand artwork are kept confidential and stored on secure servers. We do not display, share, or resell your proprietary designs, fits, or brand specifications to third parties, and we always execute bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to onboarding.
